The event is scheduled to take place on Saturday-8th November at LKC grounds in Gaborone. The regional associations will be putting up food stalls and also selling artefacts and handicrafts from different regions of India and Botswana. The show will conclude with exciting fireworks from trained technicians who are being sourced from South Africa.

Notice to All Stall Owners

Dear Stall Owners,

We are pleased to inform you that once your stall request is approved, you will receive a secure payment link via email to complete your online payment conveniently and efficiently.

The current list of approved items is listed below for your reference. To ensure a diverse and equitable event, we kindly request that you select only unique items for your stall. Repetition of items across stalls will not be permitted. Our goal is to promote variety, preventing any potential overlap that could impact sales opportunities for participants.

The price per stall is P 500 for single stall (3 metres) and P 1000 for double table stall (6 metres). We will give a power point, you are requested to arrange your own power cabling & other equipment for a professional display. We will issue 2 free tickets complimentary to all stall owners.
