Event Tickets

Tickets purchased online are generally non-refundable. In case an event is cancelled or rescheduled, refunds or exchanges will be offered as per the event organizer’s decision.

Subscriptions

Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed. Users may cancel future renewals at any time through their account settings, but no partial refunds will be provided for unused periods.

Donations

Donations are considered final and non-refundable. If a donation was made in error, please contact us within 48 hours and we will review the request.

Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
